My love for Craniosacral Therapy has led me to study it extensively with several schools and teachers including Hugh Milne of The Milne Institute of Visionary Craniosacral Therapy, Mary Louise and Christopher Mueller of Life Shapes Institute of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Gary Strauss of The Life Energy Institute, and with many of the excellent teachers at The Upledger Institute. I  have written numerous articles on the benefits of Craniosacral Therapy, I  teach Craniosacral Therapy and Energy Healing workshops for bodywork and healthcare professionals, parents, care givers, and the public. My classes have been held at local holistic health centers, spas, massage schools, and at Glendale Community College.
